If I wanna go and kick some arse, I make sure this is the kind of outfit I would wear! lol. I was just projecting my second semester-first day of class jitters. Well, let's talk about my new session in virtual styling. So I know that I have been telling you over and over about my obsession on corsets and pencil skirts, I go crazy on them too much that I made another post for that. The reason this time is that I want to pull of the swag look. 

In the Philippines, "swag" is just a classy term for jej outfits or simply to put it as offbeat fashion. However, in the fashion world you know what they say art is art and you can't simplify that definition just because. So I made my take on this "swag trend" by making my own version. Although, I was so much inspired with Miley Cyrus and her beautiful body so I made this post. For the outfit, I chose a white corset and a black leather pencil skirt and a faux fur emerald jacket that is supposed to be just hung over your shoulders stylishly. You see celebrities putting their blazers just above the shoulders and not exactly wearing it, right? Yeah, that's what I mean by that jacket over there. What's so special about the jacket anyway is that it is from Balmain. Balmain is a luxury brand that I really admire a lot. They have these simple designs but certainly eye catching. Check out their collection for A/W2014 and trust me it will be a hit next year. Moving on, the shoes are from Manolo Blahnik, as for me Manolos are good but they can be too formal sometimes or business like so there are not so many choices for me but luckily I found these gold stilletos and I know they'd just go perfectly well with the outfit. The accessories, I only settled for minimalism; gold midi rings which by the way are so hot this season and they never fail to finish your look elegantly too! And for the first time I am considering adding a baseball cap for that matter. A part of my inspiration of this look is from the front cover of a fashion magazine wherein the model wore a similar hat with a red lipstick..definitely ze bomb!
